- Back doors
- Bad spelling
- Broken links
- Complicated forms
- Complicated web address
- Complicated/non-consistent navigation.
- Compulsive scripts
- Distracting background images
- Errors on the pages
- Failure to overlook a site map
- Flashing images or text
- Frames
- Images that represent text
- Key information not at top of page
- Logo not at top of page
- Long downloading times (over 10 seconds)
- No meta page title
- No point of contact
- No regular content update
- Page title missing
- Pages that are awaited content i.e. under construction
- Pages that fail to resize
- Pages that print badly
- Poor contrast
- Poor descriptions in alt tags i.e. alt=”logo”
- Pop-ups
- Scrolling text
